Terms of Use & Professional Disclosures
Effective Date: August 7, 2026 · Version 1.0
Welcome to Animare Play, LLC ("Animare Play," "we," "our," or "us"). This website provides information about professional consultation, play therapy, educational resources, and services offered now or in the future.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
1. About Animare Play
Animare Play, LLC is a professional practice founded by Sarah Jensen Bluth, MS, CMHC, RPT-S™.
Animare Play currently provides professional consultation and may offer additional educational and mental health services in the future.
Information about services, availability, fees, and offerings may change over time.
2. Website Information Is Educational
The information provided on this website—including blog posts, articles, artwork, downloadable resources, worksheets, and other educational materials—is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and thoughtful information, website content:
- Is not a substitute for psychotherapy or other mental health treatment.
- Is not individualized clinical advice.
- Is not legal advice.
- Is not medical advice.
- Does not establish a professional relationship with Animare Play.
You should seek appropriate professional advice regarding your individual circumstances.
3. No Therapist-Client Relationship
Using this website, reading its content, downloading resources, submitting a contact form, or communicating through ordinary website channels does not establish a therapist-client relationship between you and Animare Play or Sarah Jensen Bluth.
A psychotherapy relationship is established only through a separate process that includes appropriate intake procedures, informed consent, and agreement to begin services.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an invitation to begin psychotherapy simply by contacting Animare Play.
4. Consultation Is a Separate Professional Relationship
Animare Play provides professional consultation to mental health professionals, including consultation related to play therapy and the Registered Play Therapist (RPT™) credential.
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a consultation relationship.
A consultation relationship begins only after the appropriate consultation agreement has been reviewed and accepted and both parties have agreed to begin services.
Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, consultation through Animare Play is not supervision toward state mental health licensure.
Consultation does not create responsibility for the clinical care of a consultee's clients. Consultees remain responsible for their own clinical decisions, documentation, ethical obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Professional Licensure and Geographic Limitations
Psychotherapy services are provided only in jurisdictions where Sarah Jensen Bluth is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice.
The availability of consultation services does not mean that psychotherapy services are available in every state.
If you are seeking psychotherapy services, you are responsible for confirming that you are located in a jurisdiction where services may legally be provided.
Animare Play may limit or decline services when doing so is necessary to comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, professional standards, or ethical obligations.
6. No Emergency Services
Animare Play does not provide emergency or crisis services through this website.
The website, email, contact forms, and social media accounts are not continuously monitored and should not be relied upon for urgent assistance.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact an appropriate crisis service.
7. Contact Forms and Electronic Communication
Contact forms and ordinary email are intended for general communication and scheduling inquiries.
Please do not submit confidential clinical information, Protected Health Information (PHI), or sensitive information through an unsecured website form or ordinary email.
Submitting information through the website does not guarantee that a response will be immediate.
Where appropriate, Animare Play may provide access to secure communication or client-portal technology for confidential information.

When Animare Play provides a resource for download, we may grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use that resource for its stated purpose.
For example, a resource specifically identified as being for personal or educational use may be printed or used for that purpose.
Downloading a resource does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
If you are a clinician and would like to use an Animare Play resource with clients, colleagues, students, in a presentation, or in a training, please contact us for permission when the resource does not expressly grant that use.
10. Original Artwork
Original artwork appearing on the Animare Play website is part of the creative identity of the practice.
Unless expressly identified as available for use, artwork may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, altered, incorporated into another work, or used commercially without written permission.
We welcome people enjoying and sharing links to our website, but please do not reproduce the artwork itself without permission.
11. Artificial Intelligence and Our Content
Our original writing, artwork, educational materials, and other creative content may not be reproduced, repackaged, or used to create derivative materials without permission.
You may not represent Animare Play's materials as your own or use our original content in a manner that falsely suggests that Animare Play endorses or created another person's work.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict ordinary uses of website technology that are otherwise permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or educational purposes. Animare Play does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of third-party websites.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

You are responsible for your use of the website and for any unauthorized use of materials obtained from the website.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as Animare Play's services, website, technology, or legal obligations change.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a new Effective Date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be addressed in accordance with applicable Utah law and any other applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, Professional Disclaimer, and any separate written service agreements, constitute the applicable terms governing your use of this website and your relationship with Animare Play, as applicable.
